Question 1

What are Feedback Flows?

Accepted Answer

A Feedback Flow emails your customers a one-tap 1–5 star rating. Ratings at or above your threshold (4 by default) are sent to your Google review page. Lower ratings open a private follow-up that only you see, so you can fix the problem first.

Question 2

How much does it cost to get more Google reviews?

Accepted Answer

Pro is a flat $19/month for up to 500 review-request emails and 10 flows, with no per-review or per-location fees. The free plan includes 3 flows and 25 emails a month, and QR code and link responses are unlimited on every plan.

Question 3

Do I need my customers' email addresses?

Accepted Answer

No. Every flow has a link and a printable counter QR card. Customers scan it and rate you on the spot, with no app or sign-up. Email is optional and works best for follow-ups after a visit or purchase.

Question 4

How do you protect my sender reputation?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who unsubscribes, hard-bounces or marks an email as spam is never emailed again. We also skip addresses you already contacted in the last 30 days, and sending pauses automatically if a list produces many bounces or complaints.

Question 5

Can I try it before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New accounts get a 7-day free trial, and you can try the customer experience right now on the demo page without signing up. The free review link and QR code generator needs no account either.
