About OneTapVote

A one-tap rating email for local businesses, and instant polls for everyone else.

What OneTapVote does

OneTapVote has two parts. Feedback flows email your customers a 1–5 rating they answer in one tap. Ratings at or above the threshold you set go straight to your Google review link. Lower ratings get a private follow-up question, and by default they still see your review link: Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers for reviews (“review gating”).

Polls are free: write a question, share the link or the QR code, and watch the results come in. Voters don't need an account.

Around them sit free tools that work without an account: the Google review link generator, review QR codes and the NPS calculator. Developers can create polls and read results through the API and the MCP server.

Who it is for

Local businesses that live on their Google rating (clinics, salons, restaurants, trades, gyms) and want to ask every customer for a review without writing each email by hand. And anyone who needs a quick vote: a class, a team, an event audience.

Plans and limits are on the pricing page.

Who writes our articles

The blog, the guides and the comparisons are written by OneTapVote, not by a named persona. AI tools help with research and drafts; a person reviews every article before it is published. How we write explains the rules we follow, including sources for every number.
