Who it's for
- Workshop and webinar hosts
- Meetup and conference organizers
- Training and L&D teams
- Community managers
The problem
- ·Feedback forms sent the next day have terrible completion rates.
- ·Long forms don't survive the bus ride home.
- ·You miss the small tweaks that would make the next event great.
How it works
- 1
Upload the attendee list the moment the event ends.
- 2
We send a one-tap rating request that day.
- 3
Happy attendees can be routed to a public review page.
- 4
Unhappy attendees get a private 'What could we improve?' prompt.
- 5
You get a scoreboard per event and can compare across dates.
Example question
“How was the event?”
Threshold: 4/5 — ratings at or above this number route to the review page; below this number trigger a private follow-up.
Questions
Can I send feedback requests at a scheduled time?
Today you trigger the send manually. Scheduled sends are on the roadmap.
Does it work for in-person events?
Yes — as long as you have attendee emails. For walk-up events, a QR code poll may fit better.
