How to find your Facebook link

Open your Page
Go to your business Page on facebook.com in a browser.

Copy the address
Usually facebook.com/yourbusiness. Pages without a username use facebook.com/profile.php?id=…; both work here.

Turn reviews on
In your Page settings, allow others to view and leave reviews on your Page, otherwise the tab won't appear.
How Facebook reviews work now
Facebook Pages no longer have 1–5 star reviews. Customers answer whether they recommend your business and write a short recommendation. Facebook still shows a rating on the Page, built from those answers.

Frequently asked questions
What is my Facebook review link?
facebook.com/yourpagename/reviews. For Pages without a username it's facebook.com/profile.php?id=yourID&sk=reviews. Customers need to be logged in to Facebook to leave a recommendation.
Why can't customers find the reviews tab on my Page?
Reviews may be switched off. In your Page settings, allow others to view and leave reviews on your Page.
Does Facebook still have star ratings?
Not for new reviews. Customers recommend or don't recommend your business, and Facebook shows a rating based on those answers once you have at least five.
