How to find your Trustpilot link
- 1
Use your domain
Trustpilot profiles are tied to a website domain, like yourshop.com. Paste it, or your Trustpilot page address.
- 2
Check your profile exists
Open the link once. If Trustpilot shows a 404, claim your profile first in Trustpilot Business.
- 3
Print it
A packaging insert or business card works well for online orders; a counter sign for shops.
Trustpilot's invitation rules
Trustpilot explicitly allows non-automated invitations such as shared links and QR codes, as long as reviews are collected fairly and neutrally. It is also the most specific of the big sites about what that means.
| Do | Don't |
|---|---|
| Invite everyone the same way, at the same point in the customer journey | Invite only people you know had a good experience |
| Let customers review on their own phone | Collect reviews on a shop tablet, computer or phone |
| Use neutral wording | Write 'If you like us, please leave us a 5-star review' |
| Handle complaints separately from invitations | Send happy customers to Trustpilot and unhappy ones to support |
| Thank people for their time | Offer discounts, promo codes, prize draws, refunds or freebies |
| Plan | Invitations per month |
|---|---|
| Free | 50 |
| Paid plans | 100, 300, 1,000 or unlimited |

Frequently asked questions
What is my Trustpilot review link?
trustpilot.com/evaluate/yourdomain.com. It opens the review form for the profile tied to your website domain.
Can I put a Trustpilot QR code in my shop?
Yes, as long as customers scan it on their own phone. Trustpilot doesn't allow collecting reviews on a business tablet, computer or phone.
Do QR codes count towards Trustpilot's invitation limit?
The plan limits are for invitations sent through Trustpilot's own system. A QR code you print is a non-automated invitation that you hand out yourself; check your plan in Trustpilot Business if you rely on both.
